At EIGSI, the Ingenious cluster is the place to go for technical projects. The clubs in this cluster bring together engineering students who wish to put into practice the technologies they learn in class to real-life projects.
These dedicated students put their heart and soul into building all sorts of mechanical prototypes, rockets and robots.
A sampling of associations in the Ingenious cluster
Ecodrive is an association in which the word challenge really means something. Every year, this team of automotive engineering enthusiasts has only one objective: to improve the prototype (engine, equipment, ergonomics, etc.) to travel as far as possible with one liter of gasoline. The goal is to win the Rotterdam EcoShell Marathon!
E=EIG’6 is a robotics club. All year the engineering students in the club put in long hours working on their robots. They must meet strict specifications in order to participate in the Robotics France Cup.
Aéro is the aviation club at EIGSI. All their energy is focused on a single goal: to design and build an experimental rocket capable of winning a prize at C’Space.
